Fullstack Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the co-founders with high autonomy and impact
• Ship new features every week and own central, complex components of the application
• Implement a scalable, stable, and user-friendly product to handle growth
• Collaborate with experienced engineers in design, development, and maintenance
• Drive the product roadmap by turning rough specs into features
• Find elegant solutions to usability problems

Requirements

• Experience designing and maintaining complex, large, or growing systems
• Ability to identify edge cases, failure modes, bottlenecks, and migrations during code reviews
• Passion for debugging and finding root causes of production issues
• Proactive mindset to fix broken components or suggest improvements
• Commitment to best practices and software testing
