Job description

Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery workshops and define AI use cases and solution roadmaps
  • Configure Copilots in Copilot Studio, including settings, authentication, orchestration, agents, tools, topics, prompts, and connectors
  • Build flows and integrations using Power Platform tools
  • Establish governance, security, and adoption strategies
  • Measure impact and iterate based on feedback

Requirements

  • Customer-facing consulting experience
  • Strong facilitation and storytelling skills
  • Experience with Copilot Studio and Power Platform
  • Knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse
  • Business process understanding and requirements analysis
  • Strong stakeholder management and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365 ecosystems
  • Familiarity with enterprise compliance and change management
  • Microsoft certifications such as PL-200, PL-400, PL-600, AI-102, or AB-100
