FX Solution Product Manager - Maritime

Responsibilities

• Discover treasury problems and opportunities within the shipping space
• Solve industry problems through technology, analytics, product, and operations
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap while aligning cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data, Sales, Risk, Operations, and Dealing teams
• Identify high-impact opportunities in FX, Derivatives, Interest income, and regional growth
• Define requirements, epics, and user stories based on client and internal feedback
• Conduct competitor analysis on product offering, functionality, and pricing
• Develop deep understanding of treasury management and legal technology workflows

Requirements

• Experience with Treasury products including FX and Interest rate derivatives
• Proven background in the Shipping industry or Cross-Border Financial Services
• Knowledge of financial markets technology stacks and Fintech Treasury Management Systems
• Experience with cash management solutions like money market funds and cash pooling
• Multiple years of hands-on product building or operations leadership experience
• Ability to build roadmaps and navigate from uncertainty to clarity
• Experience integrating in-house services with third-party systems
• Strong analytical skills to frame problems and articulate hypotheses
