FX Solution Product Manager - Maritime

Responsibilities

• Discover treasury problems and opportunities in the shipping space
• Solve these problems through technology, analytics, product and operations
• Define product vision, strategy and roadmap, aligning cross-functional teams
• Work with Engineering, Data, Sales, Risk, Operations and Dealing teams
• Identify high impact opportunities in FX, derivatives, interest income and regional growth
• Define requirements, epics and user stories with internal teams and clients
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform the product roadmap
• Develop deep understanding of treasury management and legal technology workflows

Requirements

• Experience with FX derivatives, interest rate derivatives and cash management
• Background in the shipping industry or cross-border financial services
• Knowledge of financial markets technology stacks and fintech treasury systems
• Multiple years of hands-on product building experience
• Experience building roadmaps from uncertainty to clarity
• Experience integrating in-house services with third-party systems
• Ability to translate financial requirements into product specifications
• Strong communication skills across a wide audience
