About the role
Responsibilities
- Discover treasury problems and opportunities in the shipping space
- Solve these problems through technology, analytics, product and operations
- Define product vision, strategy and roadmap, aligning cross-functional teams
- Work with Engineering, Data, Sales, Risk, Operations and Dealing teams
- Identify high impact opportunities in FX, derivatives, interest income and regional growth
- Define requirements, epics and user stories with internal teams and clients
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform the product roadmap
- Develop deep understanding of treasury management and legal technology workflows
Requirements
- Experience with FX derivatives, interest rate derivatives and cash management
- Background in the shipping industry or cross-border financial services
- Knowledge of financial markets technology stacks and fintech treasury systems
- Multiple years of hands-on product building experience
- Experience building roadmaps from uncertainty to clarity
- Experience integrating in-house services with third-party systems
- Ability to translate financial requirements into product specifications
- Strong communication skills across a wide audience
