About the role
Responsibilities
- Establish par levels for supplies, liquor, beer, wine, and equipment across gaming bars, lounges, and VIP areas
- Implement policies, operating procedures, training programs, and service standards for luxury gaming environments
- Maintain expert knowledge of liquor brands, beers, non-alcoholic selections, and premium offerings
- Manage beverage inventory and cost control across multiple high-volume gaming outlets
- Collaborate on beverage service design for special events, tournaments, and VIP activations
- Support financial performance tracking, including P&L analysis and annual budget management
- Ensure strict compliance with UAE liquor regulations and health/sanitation standards
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing bars and high-volume operations
- Experience in luxury hospitality or gaming settings preferred
- Proven ability to oversee large-scale inventories in 24/7 environments
- Strong communication and presentation skills for engaging high-profile clientele
- Results-driven with exceptional attention to detail

About the Company
Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE, set to open in 2027 in Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will feature 1,530 rooms, 22 restaurants, lounges, bars, a theater, a beach club, and a five-star spa.
