Responsibilities

• Plan and design supervision periods and extracurricular activities (AGs)
• Supervise children and adolescents from grades 1 to 9
• Enforce and ensure compliance with school rules
• Conduct supervision duties and maintain attendance lists
• Assist in the organization and execution of school events
• Support a positive and respectful environment in daily school life

Requirements

• Proven work experience with children of various age groups
• Very good German language skills (C1 or C2 level) in speaking and writing
• Friendly, resilient, and communicative personality with a passion for working with youth
• Strong teamwork, cooperation, and interpersonal skills
• High level of responsibility, professionalism, and reliability
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
