GCC Content Strategy Lead

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and execute country content strategy and growth levers
• Ensure content meets Canva's standards and resonates culturally
• Gather input from sales and partners to refine content strategies
• Own content performance across discovery, editorial, and search
• Execute editorial strategy across surfaces and identify cultural moments
• Partner with MENAP Country Manager to align priorities
• Build relationships with local creators and partnerships to activate the content ecosystem

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in content strategy, regional business strategy, or partnerships in high-growth tech companies
• Deep understanding of content, trends, and aesthetics in the GCC market
• Proactive, solutions-driven approach with ability to balance strategy and execution
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in fast-moving, dynamic environments
• Strong analytical skills to assess content performance
• Track record of managing production workflows and local creators
• Arabic language skills and cultural knowledge relevant to the market
