GCC Content Strategy Lead

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and execute country content strategy and growth levers to drive relevance and scale
• Ensure local content meets Canva's standards and resonates culturally
• Gather input from sales, partners, and local peers to refine content strategies
• Own content performance across discovery, editorial, and search optimization
• Execute editorial strategy across surfaces to activate cultural moments
• Build relationships with local creators and partnerships to activate a thriving content ecosystem

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in content strategy, regional business strategy, or partnerships within high-growth technology or media companies
• Deep understanding of content, trends, and aesthetics in the GCC market
• Proactive, solutions-driven approach with ability to balance strategy and execution
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical skills to assess content performance
• Experience managing production workflows and local creator activation
• Arabic language skills and relevant cultural knowledge
