About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and implementation of tools and technology for the Global Compliance Operations (GCO) team
- Evaluate, select, and deploy new technologies to improve operational efficiency and compliance monitoring
- Manage relationships with technology vendors and internal engineering teams
- Drive automation initiatives to streamline compliance workflows and data management
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to GCO team members on tool usage and best practices
Requirements
- Proven experience leading technology or tools strategy within a compliance, risk, or operations function
- Strong understanding of compliance workflows and regulatory requirements
- Experience managing software implementations and vendor relationships
- Ability to bridge the gap between technical engineering teams and non-technical business stakeholders
- Excellent project management and leadership skills
