GenAI Lead Instructor

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality GenAI training sessions and workshops to business and technical audiences
• Lead live sessions and hands-on workshops where participants redesign workflows and build AI assistants and agents
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback on curriculum, materials, and resources
• Act as a GenAI subject matter expert for internal discussions and initiatives
• Stay current on new AI models, tools for building AI assistants, and enterprise AI use cases
• Teach responsible AI use, including output verification, reliability awareness, and sensitive data handling
• Guide and support participants, answering questions and fostering a collaborative learning environment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Strong understanding of GenAI concepts, prompt engineering, AI assistants, and agents
• Extensive experience building custom AI assistants and agents using tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini
• Proven experience applying GenAI to real business workflows and professional settings
• Demonstrated public speaking, teaching, or training experience with excellent presentation skills
• Ability to engage diverse audiences including business executives and non-technical professionals
• Passion for education, learning, and technology
