Founded in 1978, Al Marwan Group is a diversified organization serving the construction, heavy machinery, Oil & Gas, real estate, developments and Hospitality sectors across the GCC. The Group operates through multiple business units and subsidiaries, delivering integrated solutions supported by strong operational expertise and a well-established regional presence.
Responsibilities
- Perform full-cycle accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare and analyze financial statements
- Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), ensuring timely payments and collections
- Conduct bank reconciliations, cash flow management, and expense tracking
- Assist in budget preparation, cost control, and financial forecasting
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary financial records and reports
- Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of accounting experience in UAE-based construction, heavy machinery, or real estate
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, VAT regulations, and financial compliance
- Experience with accounting software and ERP systems
