About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare and process monthly payroll for all hotel employees
- Ensure accuracy of salaries, overtime, deductions and bonuses
- Receive, verify and record daily cash collections from all hotel outlets
- Prepare daily bank deposits and maintain the general cashier float and petty cash
- Reconcile cash receipts with Front Office and F&B reports
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal controls and audit requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 3 years of experience in a similar hospitality role
- Experience in payroll systems and cash handling
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Integrity and ability to handle confidential information
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Opera, Sun System, Micros or Paytrax
