General Manager / COO (FR & ENG Fluent)

Description Paradox is seeking a General Manager/COO fluent in French and English to play a pivotal role in scaling the company internationally. This position involves managing the leadership team, leading day-to-day operations, and forming a powerful duo with the CEO. The ideal candidate will be analytical, possess strong leadership skills, and be inspired by the mission to empower people through EdTech. Responsibilities include leading execution to meet P&L targets, creating a culture of performance, making the company scalable, and overseeing all major company functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution to meet P&L targets.
• Create a culture of performance and continuous improvement.
• Make the company scalable and turn it into a growth machine.
• Demonstrate a relentless obsession with values alignment, focus, simplicity, and clarity.
• Fill Paradox with A Players.
• Oversee financial information and budget.
• Dig the Data, find patterns, and make changes happen from them.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role in a startup or scale-up of more than 100 employees.
• Mastery of modern tools and comfort with building processes.
• Strong leadership, planning, and execution skills.
