About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide vision, innovation, leadership, and business management for catering services
- Oversee all aspects of catering operations including strategic and financial planning
- Manage relationships with the Board of Directors
- Develop and manage all activities within the organization
- Set, monitor, and achieve organizational goals
- Develop new ways to improve catering operations and generate new opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum 20 years of experience in a General Manager role within a catering operation
- Proven track record of running a successful commercial catering business
- Master's Degree
- Strong leadership, personnel, and negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to build effective partnerships with diverse stakeholders
