General Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L, team, and overall strategy for the NGL platform
• Drive monetization through ad ecosystems, subscription experiences, and new revenue models
• Identify high-ROI opportunities to increase LTV without compromising user experience
• Lead product experimentation through a continuous hypothesis, test, and ship cycle
• Recruit top talent and build a high-performing, cross-functional culture
• Scale the platform globally while maintaining brand authenticity

Requirements

• 5+ years in product, growth, or GM roles at viral consumer apps
• Proven experience in social, creator, or messaging industries
• Track record of scaling engagement and driving monetization (ads and subscriptions)
• Data fluency with expertise in retention curves and conversion funnels
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and high-pressure environments
