About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of restaurant operations including service, culinary, people, and financial performance
- Ensure flawless execution of service standards, guest engagement, and brand positioning
- Drive top-line revenue while controlling costs and labor productivity
- Lead, coach, and develop department heads and team members
- Collaborate with culinary and bar leaders on menu development and promotions
- Analyze guest feedback and operational KPIs to drive continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, licensing, and hygiene regulations
- Manage inventory, equipment, and resources effectively
- Provide personalized service to VIP guests and regular patrons
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar fine dining position with at least 50 covers per day
- Experience in 2 star or 3-4 hat Gault Millau restaurants preferred
- Excellent product knowledge of fine dining cuisine and budgeting
- Secondary school diploma or above; Bachelor's degree in hospitality management preferred
- WSET 2 certification
- Proficient in MS Office and POS software
- International experience in major culinary hubs is a great advantage
- Sommelier certification is an advantage
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
