General Manager - South-East Asian Restaurant

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations including service, culinary, people, and financial performance
• Ensure flawless execution of service standards, guest engagement, and brand positioning
• Drive top-line revenue while controlling costs and labor productivity
• Lead, coach, and develop department heads and team members
• Collaborate with culinary and bar leaders on menu development and promotions
• Analyze guest feedback and operational KPIs to drive continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, licensing, and hygiene regulations
• Manage inventory, equipment, and resources effectively
• Provide personalized service to VIP guests and regular patrons

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in a similar fine dining position with at least 50 covers per day
• Experience in 2 star or 3-4 hat Gault Millau restaurants preferred
• Excellent product knowledge of fine dining cuisine and budgeting
• Secondary school diploma or above; Bachelor's degree in hospitality management preferred
• WSET 2 certification
• Proficient in MS Office and POS software
• International experience in major culinary hubs is a great advantage
• Sommelier certification is an advantage
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
