General Technician

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of equipment and machinery
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime
• Maintain equipment logs, repair records, and inventory of spare parts
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Assist with the installation, calibration, and setup of new equipment and systems
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests
• Support the training and guidance of junior technicians or apprentices
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Maintain Chillers, Freezers, split units, AHU, fan coils, and cold rooms
• Perform preventive maintenance for refrigeration systems, kitchen equipment, pumps, and air conditioning

Requirements

• High level of knowledge and skill in Air conditioning, Refrigeration and Electrical
• Ability to multi-task
• Knowledge and skills to work with Chillers, Freezers, split units, AHU, fan coils, and cold rooms
• Proficient in English (verbal and written)
• Minimum of two years of experience in the same position
• Ability to repair and maintain A/C air handling units, fan coils, and cold storage and refrigerators
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures and use of test equipment
• Physical capability for frequent standing, walking, lifting, carrying, kneeling, and climbing ladders
