Generalist (Special Projects)

Responsibilities

• Help launch new projects by working on early-stage initiatives
• Build infrastructure for new projects including applications, communications, and automations
• Take on increasing ownership as projects mature
• Support broader Kairos programs like SPAR, Pathfinder, and Generator
• Build relationships across the AI safety ecosystem

Requirements

• High agency and ability to work without structure
• Fast and scrappy mindset with a focus on shipping and iterating
• Mission-aligned with a deep interest in AI safety
• Ability to pick up new domains quickly and work on what is most useful
