About the role
Responsibilities
- Help launch new projects by working on early-stage initiatives
- Build infrastructure for new projects including applications, communications, and automations
- Take on increasing ownership as projects mature
- Support broader Kairos programs like SPAR, Pathfinder, and Generator
- Build relationships across the AI safety ecosystem
Requirements
- High agency and ability to work without structure
- Fast and scrappy mindset with a focus on shipping and iterating
- Mission-aligned with a deep interest in AI safety
- Ability to pick up new domains quickly and work on what is most useful
