Global Director of Regulatory

Responsibilities

• Define and lead KAYALI's global regulatory strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and international expansion.
• Oversee ingredient usage, formula compliance, and product registration across global markets.
• Lead sustainability compliance, including European packaging and environmental legislation (PPWR, SB54, EUDR).
• Manage regulatory readiness for new product launches and market entries.
• Build and maintain robust regulatory databases and compliance management systems.
• Lead, develop, and mentor the regulatory team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Cosmetic Science, Toxicology, or a related scientific discipline.
• 10-15+ years of progressive experience in regulatory, ideally within fragrance, beauty, or cosmetics.
• Significant experience leading regulatory strategy across multiple international markets.
• Deep knowledge of fragrance and cosmetic regulatory requirements and ingredient compliance.
• Proven ability to build regulatory processes and systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic or French is an advantage.
