Global Event Director

Responsibilities

• Develop and own a comprehensive global events strategy aligned with brand positioning and commercial priorities
• Establish a global event calendar ensuring cohesion, cultural relevance, and strong market execution
• Lead end-to-end delivery of global and regional events, from concepting through post-event evaluation
• Oversee large-scale shows, influencer and VIP experiences, retail activations, pop-ups, and launch events
• Manage external partners including production agencies, creative studios, and technical vendors
• Own and manage the global events budget and oversee contract negotiations with agencies
• Define event KPIs and prepare post-event reports with strategic recommendations
• Mentor and develop event talent across the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Events, Experiential Marketing, Communications, Marketing, or related field
• 8+ years of senior experience in global events or experiential marketing
• Proven track record delivering large-scale global events, shows, and immersive brand experiences
• Strong strategic vision and hands-on operational leadership
• Exceptional relationship-building with agencies, production partners, talent, and internal teams
• High cultural awareness and ability to adapt events for diverse regions
• Highly results-oriented with strong analytical and project management capabilities

• Experience within beauty, luxury, fashion, or lifestyle
• Multilingual abilities and global experience
