About the Company

Axmed Global Health Advisory is the access-focused advisory arm of Axmed, a social impact company dedicated to improving access to medicines across low- and middle-income countries (LMICs). We partner with the private sector, global health organizations, and industry stakeholders to develop market access strategies and innovative financing models.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct LMIC market and landscape research to assess opportunities and competitive positioning
  • Analyze data on healthcare markets, delivery models, and financing mechanisms
  • Support the development of value propositions, market access strategies, and launch plans
  • Synthesize findings into reports, memos, and slide decks for partner decision-making
  • Prepare high-quality partner deliverables including presentations and briefing documents
  • Support meetings, workshops, and strategy sessions by preparing materials and capturing insights
  • Track stakeholder perspectives and emerging developments in the global health ecosystem
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality work on time

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience with exposure to LMIC healthcare settings
  • Strong skills in research, analysis, and synthesis
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for engaging senior stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
  • Experience in LMIC healthcare sectors such as vaccines, diagnostics, or essential medicines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with innovative financing models or go-to-market strategies
  • Experience with partnerships involving ministries, NGOs, or funders
