Responsibilities
- Identify and recommend relevant creators for gifting, seeding and organic brand opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, managers and agencies
- Support the management and growth of the global influencer database
- Support reporting on gifting performance, coverage and EMV generated from influencer seeding initiatives
- Own the end-to-end coordination of global influencer PR packages and gifting
- Manage global product and merchandise allocations for influencer gifting across priority markets
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Operations, warehouses and regional teams to ensure delivery
- Liaise with external suppliers and vendors for the production of PR packages and branded merchandise
- Own and maintain the launch-by-launch influencer product and merchandise forecast
- Track and manage project spend across influencer gifting, PR packages, merchandise and logistics
Requirements
- 2-4+ years' experience in Influencer Marketing, PR, Communications or related role (beauty/fragrance/luxury preferred)
- Strong experience managing influencer gifting, PR mailers, product seeding or logistics
- Proven experience working cross-functionally with logistics, supply chain, operations and warehouse teams
- Highly organised with excellent project management skills
- Comfortable working with forecasts, inventory quantities, trackers and large datasets
- Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok landscapes
- Fluent in English; Arabic or French is advantageous

What we look for
- 2+ years experience in Influencer Marketing or PR
- Experience in beauty or luxury sectors preferred
- Strong logistics and supply chain coordination skills
- Proficiency in Instagram and TikTok trends
- Excellent project management skills
- Fluent English required; Arabic or French a plus
