About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist the commercial team with drafting and reviewing documentation and supporting contract-related matters
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies
- Collaborate with attorneys to handle client communications
- Maintain and organize legal documents and case files
- Support cross-functional teams within commercial pods
- Perform administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency
Requirements
- Degree in law with a strong foundation in legal principles
- Prior legal experience, preferably in commercial law or supporting attorneys
- Superior written and verbal English communication abilities
- Ability to independently organize work and manage competing deadlines
- Comfort working within a U.S. legal context
- Strong organizational skills for managing large volumes of data
