About the Company

Kompetenza is building verticalised Salesforce-powered innovation platforms designed to transform how companies operate and scale globally, including EOR Cloud, EOR Recruit, and Corporate Services Cloud.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage strategic relationships inside Salesforce across multiple regions
  • Increase visibility across Salesforce AE and regional sales teams
  • Support co-sell and joint account planning initiatives
  • Promote and position core solution stacks including EOR Cloud and Corporate Services Cloud
  • Conduct account mapping sessions and identify white space opportunities
  • Run enablement sessions for Salesforce sellers
  • Generate partner-sourced opportunities and track partner-influenced revenue

Requirements

  • 5+ years as a Partner Manager or Alliances Manager within a SaaS organisation
  • Proven experience working within or closely alongside Salesforce
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce sales cycles and internal structure
  • Strong existing network within Salesforce (AE, Director, or RVP level)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Former Salesforce employee (Sales, AE, AM, or Partner Manager)
  • Experience with Experience Cloud or vertical Salesforce solutions
  • International partnership experience
