Responsibilities

• Define and own the global PR strategy to strengthen brand visibility, desirability, and authority
• Build and maintain strong relationships with global editors, key media, creators, and cultural voices
• Lead PR for major product launches, brand milestones, and purpose-driven campaigns
• Develop and maintain crisis communication protocols and provide strategic counsel to leadership
• Define KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure PR impact including media value and sentiment
• Champion modern PR formats including brand journalism and social-first storytelling
• Manage PR budget allocation to ensure alignment with brand priorities

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in public relations, preferably in beauty, luxury, fashion, or lifestyle
• Proven success leading large-scale global PR campaigns
• Established global network of editors, journalists, creators, and talent reps
• Strong crisis communication, storytelling, and leadership skills
