About the role
Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media and internal databases
- Screen resumes and identify suitable candidates for open positions
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring
- Assist recruiters with candidate management and hiring processes
- Maintain accurate records in ATS and recruitment trackers
- Support employer branding and talent engagement initiatives
Requirements
- Freshers, recent graduates or students interested in HR and recruitment
- Excellent verbal and written English communication
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Detail-oriented and organised
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, Google Workspace and online research tools
