About the role
Responsibilities
- Own multi-jurisdiction tax compliance including direct and indirect tax across multiple regions
- Manage tax accounting processes including current tax, deferred tax, provisions, and disclosures
- Research tax implications of business activities, cross-border transactions, and structural changes
- Manage transfer pricing documentation and intercompany arrangements
- Monitor tax law developments and identify business impacts
- Improve tax workflows, governance, and documentation using automation and AI tools
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant tax experience with a strong foundation in corporate income tax
- Working knowledge of direct tax, indirect tax, tax accounting, transfer pricing, and tax risk management
- Experience managing external tax consultants and advisors
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for translating complex tax positions
- Interest in automation, process improvement, and AI-enabled workflows
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, or regulated environments
