Global Tax Manager (Advisory)

Responsibilities

• Own multi-jurisdiction tax compliance including direct and indirect tax across multiple regions
• Manage tax accounting processes including current tax, deferred tax, provisions, and disclosures
• Research tax implications of business activities, cross-border transactions, and structural changes
• Manage transfer pricing documentation and intercompany arrangements
• Monitor tax law developments and identify business impacts
• Improve tax workflows, governance, and documentation using automation and AI tools

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant tax experience with a strong foundation in corporate income tax
• Working knowledge of direct tax, indirect tax, tax accounting, transfer pricing, and tax risk management
• Experience managing external tax consultants and advisors
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for translating complex tax positions
• Interest in automation, process improvement, and AI-enabled workflows
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, or regulated environments
