About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and own the integrated go-to-market strategy and launch plan
- Develop and refine market positioning, messaging, and buyer value propositions
- Drive market activation and demand-generation approaches
- Build sales enablement and market-facing resources
- Translate customer and market feedback into GTM decisions
- Manage agencies, contractors, and external partners
- Define measures to evaluate GTM performance and recommend adjustments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive experience in go-to-market strategy, product marketing, or growth marketing
- Demonstrated experience executing GTM strategy for net-new products
- Deep understanding of integrated GTM strategy components
- Proven ability to translate strategy into execution
- Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within K–12 education or education technology
- Experience launching products in public-sector or complex B2B environments
- Experience with education procurement, RFPs, or channel development
