Golang Developer

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the architectural design and core code development of the exchange partner (agent) system
• Lead the R&D of the rebate clearing and settlement engine, ensuring zero-error fund transfers under high concurrency
• Utilize Pulsar or Kafka to process massive transaction order flows and design efficient asynchronous clearing and reconciliation mechanisms
• Solve data consistency issues in distributed environments and optimize database transaction processing
• Continuously monitor system performance, optimize API response speeds under the Gin framework, and write technical documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields
• 3+ years of Golang development experience, proficient in core features like goroutines, channels, and GC
• Mastery of mainstream Go frameworks (Gin, Echo, GORM, etc.) and microservices architecture
• Deep understanding of message queue principles (Pulsar, Kafka, etc.)
• Proficient in relational database design, index optimization, and SQL tuning (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases (Redis, MongoDB)
• Knowledge of WebSocket and RESTful API design specifications
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong coding standards, familiarity with design patterns, and code refactoring abilities
• Proficiency in Git version management and code review habits

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in cryptocurrency exchange or clearing and settlement development
• Experience in big data, high concurrency, or low-latency system optimization
• Good English reading ability for technical documentation
