About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and supervision to the children at all times
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and learning through play
- Assist with homework, school preparation and school drop-off and pick-up
- Accompany the principal and children on domestic and international trips
- Organize enrichment activities, outings and playdates
- Run errands and coordinate children's appointments
Requirements
- Previous experience as a governess, highly qualified nanny or similar role
- Norland or equivalent qualification
- Fluent English and Mandarin
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education methods
- Ability to travel and adapt to changing schedules
- Valid first aid and CPR certifications
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a UHNWI household or with high-profile families
- Knowledge and experience in newborn care
- Experience arranging parties and events
