About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide care, supervision and educational support to the children
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate educational and enrichment activities
- Assist with homework, reading and personal development
- Manage school drop-offs, pick-ups and coordination with school staff
- Organize playdates, outings, sports, arts and music activities
- Accompany the family on domestic and international travel
- Manage children's routines, schedules and travel requirements
- Coordinate appointments, extracurricular activities and events
Requirements
- Norland or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience as a Governess, Educated Nanny or similar role
- Fluent or excellent English
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification
- Strong knowledge of children's education and development
- Willingness to relocate to Dubai and travel internationally
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with UHNW or high-profile families
- Newborn or infant care experience
- International travel experience
- Additional languages: Arabic, German, Italian or Spanish
