About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with UAE government departments and ministries
- Oversee immigration and visa processes for employees
- Support commercial licensing and local regulation compliance
- Lead joint venture governance activities and provide guidance
- Maintain governance records and statutory filings
- Support regional boards through agenda management and minute taking
- Oversee Dubai office operations and facilities management
- Manage relationships with property management providers
- Support internal communications and events coordination
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent experience
- Fluency in both Arabic and English, written and spoken
- Experience in government affairs, corporate governance, or office administration
- Strong understanding of UAE government structures and regulations
- Experience engaging with government authorities and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience supporting governance frameworks or boards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
