About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in achieving Emiratisation hiring targets
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for UAE National candidates
- Maintain and update the database of UAE National applicants
- Support participation in career fairs and university engagement activities
- Assist with onboarding formalities, documentation, and system updates
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding
- Address and escalate queries related to UAE National employment matters
- Support initiatives for employee engagement and retention
- Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to assign training courses
- Track training completion and maintain accurate records
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Must be a UAE National
