Graduate Trainee, Visual Content Designer

Responsibilities

• Develop creative visuals based on briefs and content provided by the Communication Officer
• Use tools such as Adobe Suite to produce high-quality, professional content
• Ensure all visual content reflects the company’s brand identity and reinforces internal engagement initiatives
• Collaborate with the Communications team to support campaigns, announcements, and internal messaging
• Continuously explore creative approaches to improve visual communication and employee engagement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Graphic Design
• Proficiency in visual design software such as Blender and Adobe Suite
• Strong creative and storytelling abilities
• High attention to detail
• Effective communication skills in English
• A portfolio showcasing relevant design work
