Grants Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Run the full grant lifecycle: application intake, eligibility screening, technical review coordination, and award notification
• Manage a system of record for 15-40 concurrent grants, including milestones and disbursements
• Act as the primary point of contact for applicants and grantees, providing feedback and guidance
• Recruit projects matching current RFP priorities for the Autheo network
• Coordinate with the Grant Committee, Foundation Board, and legal on agreement execution and KYC/KYB
• Manage milestone tracking, reporting, and project closeout
• Publish awarded grants and quarterly transparency reports
• Track program metrics including application volume, awards made, and ecosystem impact

Requirements

• Experience managing a grants or nonprofit program, preferably in technology or blockchain
• Ability to manage 15-40 projects at different stages simultaneously
• Working knowledge of 501(c)(3) grant practice and compliance
• Technical fluency to understand blockchain proposals and protocol alignment
• Strong written communication for grant feedback and public notes
• Experience with KYC/KYB and managing international grantees

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Web3 or crypto grant programs
• Smart-contract or protocol review experience
• Experience building and standing up a new program from scratch
