Graphic Content Designer

Responsibilities

• Produce campaign visuals, social posts, banners, and static visuals for influencer activations
• Build creator-ready templates that creators can adapt within brand guidelines
• Deliver platform-native assets optimized for each social channel
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing to concept, design, test, and optimize high-converting ad creatives
• Produce paid media assets for Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital channels
• Iterate on designs based on campaign insights and data
• Design client presentations that turn campaign performance into compelling visuals
• Create internal branded materials including Slack visuals and templates

Requirements

• Around 4+ years of relevant design experience
• Strong command of modern design tools with integrated AI-assisted workflows
• Sharp eye for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Experience producing marketing and social content at volume across multiple formats
• Ability to translate data and campaign performance into clear presentation materials
• Ability to work confidently from incomplete briefs and take ownership from brief to delivery
• A builder instinct for creating templates and systems to increase efficiency
