Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Work closely with multiple departments to conceptualize, design, and deliver graphic content for a range of digital and print mediums, including websites, social media, brochures, and advertisements.
• Translate requirements into visually engaging and effective designs.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to meet objectives and deadlines and work to align visuals with overall content strategy.
• Provide feedback and participate in team brainstorming sessions and meetings.
• Keep abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Adapt designs to fit different platform specifications, ensuring brand consistency.
• Monitor social media trends to ensure content remains relevant and impactful.
• Provide insights on design strategies to enhance engagement and reach on social platforms.
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to generate unique content ideas.
• Ensure timely delivery of designs in line with various schedules.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, working preferably with clients in the luxury industry.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work including social media graphics, animations, or short video edits.
• Familiarity with social media platform guidelines (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Up to date with latest trends in social media design.
• Ability to effectively communicate and present ideas.
• Highly organized with an exceptional eye for detail.
• Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques or styles as per project requirements.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Flexible work schedule including weekends.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
