About the role
Responsibilities
- Create internal visual assets for various teams across the company
- Design HR materials and visual assets for job postings
- Design and format internal presentations
- Develop, document, and maintain the company's design style guide
- Create visual content for social media
- Support specific product-related design tasks
- Handle ad hoc design requests from different teams
Requirements
- Strong hand-drawing and illustration skills without relying on AI
- Strong visual eye and sense of aesthetics
- Ability to quickly produce multiple visual concepts and variations
- Solid proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
- B1–B2 level of English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with After Effects and motion design
- Ability to create simple wireframes and basic interface structures
- Experience creating visual assets for social media and marketing
