About the role
Responsibilities
- Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally
- Use sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty
- Communicate with potential owners to schedule preview package sales and tours
- Verify eligibility requirements for potential owners prior to scheduling
- Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing, including filing, emailing, and typing
- Assist management in training, evaluating, and coaching employees
- Maintain professional appearance and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
