Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director of Marketing & Communications / Marketing & Communications Manager to understand design requirements and objectives
• Conceptualize and create visually appealing and on-brand graphics for various marketing materials, including digital and print assets
• Translate conceptual ideas into high-quality design solutions, ensuring a consistent and cohesive visual identity
• Produce engaging and effective designs for a range of platforms, including social media, websites, presentations, and promotional materials
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of quality and creativity
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and project timelines
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and industry best practices to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and contribute creative input
• Work closely with printers, photographers, and other external partners to ensure the successful execution of design projects
• Review and provide feedback on design drafts, making necessary revisions based on feedback from stakeholders
• Assist in maintaining a visual asset library and organizing design files for easy accessibility
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the visual representation of the brand across various channels and touchpoints
• Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to safeguard the health and safety of colleagues, as well as contribute to environmental conservation
• Adhere to the company&s environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies
