Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Design infographics, decision trees, mind maps, diagrams, and other visual resources for blog articles
• Convert technical or complex information into simple, clear, and visually attractive pieces
• Adapt brand templates and guidelines to different content needs while maintaining visual coherence
• Propose new formats, improvements, or creative variations as required by the content
• Collaborate with Content and Marketing teams to understand the objectives and core messages
• Ensure clear visual hierarchy and intuitive reading flow in every resource

Requirements

• Portfolio featuring infographics, diagrams, mind maps, or educational/explanatory visual content
• Experience working with brand guidelines and adapting them to various formats
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva Pro
• Strong ability in synthesis and visual communication to simplify information
• Basic knowledge of UX and information legibility, including visual hierarchy and structure
• Experience creating visual content for blogs, newsletters, or social media
• Ability to work remotely, autonomously, and organized
• Strong commitment to deadlines and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to translate a brief or written content into a visual proposal independently
• Proactivity in proposing ideas to improve content communication
• Strong judgment in selecting the most appropriate visual format for specific information
