About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire event process from sales to execution
- Use sales techniques to maximize revenue and maintain guest loyalty
- Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations
- Handle guest calls, requests, and concerns professionally
- Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing
- Assist management in training and motivating employees
- Maintain brand image and professional appearance
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 2 years of related work experience
