About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct Annual General Meetings (AGM), Board Meetings, and Committee meetings
- Manage appointment of auditors and filing of financial statements
- Oversee foreign inward remittance and allotment of shares compliance
- Handle share certificates and stamping processes
- Monitor statutory compliance status and maintain trackers
- Manage disclosures of interest by Directors
- Ensure compliance related to loans, investments, and RBI Laws
Requirements
- Company Secretary qualification
- 5 to 10 years of total work experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience
- University degree from a reputed institution
Preferred Qualifications
- International exposure
