About the Company

j. awan & partners (JAP) is an international Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) consultancy headquartered in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), with offices across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, United Kingdom, Ireland, Singapore, Portugal, Pakistan, and South Africa.

Responsibilities

• Own all Group hiring end to end, implementing Topgrading's 12-step methodology and managing ATS/AI-assisted sourcing.
• Manage the quarterly KPI review cycle, ensuring all employees have live SMART scorecards and managing the PIP process.
• Define and operationalize company culture through measurable KPIs, eNPS surveys, and structured onboarding programs.
• Lead the selection, implementation, and automation of the Group HRIS to eliminate manual workflows.
• Act as primary HR adviser to the CEO and ExCo on organizational design and multi-jurisdictional compliance.

Requirements

• 8–15 years of hands-on HR leadership in professional services, consulting, or financial services.
• Proven track record of direct ownership of end-to-end hiring pipelines and HRIS implementation at scale.
• Experience managing performance systems and KPI review cycles across distributed workforces.

Preferred Qualifications

• Topgrading certification or experience.
• CIPD Level 7 or SHRM-SCP certification.
• Fluency in Arabic.
