Requirements
- 3+ years of UAE experience in logistics, food delivery, or FMCG
- Experience managing 500+ blue-collar employees
- Proven expertise in managing rider and driver operations
- Proactive, energetic, and adaptable personality
- Strong command of English
- Arabic language skills preferred
