About the Company

WeRoad is on a mission to kill the digital disconnect and get people back into the real world. We take groups of strangers and turn them into a "wolfpack" through shared experiences and a bit of grit. After building a community of 5,000+ leaders in Europe, we’re finally launching in the States.

Responsibilities

• Lead small group adventures (10-15 travelers) around the globe
• Set the tone for the trip, break the ice, and ensure group inclusion
• Navigate logistics and manage group dynamics on the ground
• Act as a fixer to pivot plans when flights are delayed or schedules change

Requirements

• Natural leadership abilities and high social intelligence
• Strong resourcefulness and practical problem-solving skills
• Adventurous, empathetic, and high-energy personality
• Ability to manage group dynamics and read a room

Preferred Qualifications

• Individuals in their 20s or 30s
• Passion for group experiences and human connection
• Alignment with WeRoad’s vision and values
